WHAT TO EXPECT

  1.  Set up a meeting in-home or phone to determine if listing with Brooke the Realtor  is right for you. 
  2. Sign listing agreement and other seller documents required 
  3. A home valuation is completed to determine the asking price for your property. 
  4. Photo shoot of your property will be conducted, yard sign and lock box installed. 
  5. Your property is now live in the Arizona Multiple Listing Service!
